DESCRIPTION:Every building on Franklin’s Main Street has a story. Once Upon a Main Street is a new feature series\, presented by the Moore-Morris History & Culture Center and the Downtown Franklin Association\, that invites you inside those stories. \nHosted inside a different historic downtown building each installment\, Once Upon a Main Street uncovers the “biography” of the space — when it was built\, who filled its rooms\, the generations that passed through its doors\, and the transformations it has undergone over time. Through storytelling and local history\, storefronts\, staircases\, and aging walls come to life as characters with their own memories and ever-changing stories. \nFor the first installment of Once Upon a Main Street\, we’re stepping inside 412 Main Street — currently home to Stable Reserve — to hear the story of one of Franklin’s most storied addresses. \nLaura Faber\, Host and Producer of Tennessee Crossroads\, will guide guests through the life and history of 412 Main: why it was built\, what it has been\, the lives it has lived\, and the physical makeovers it has undergone across the decades. \nDetails: \n📅 Thursday\, July 9th\n🕔 Doors open at 5:00 PM\n📍 Stable Reserve | 412 Main Street\, Franklin\, TN\n🎟 Free! \nSchedule: \n5:00 – 5:30 PM — Doors open.
